You have to consider Iexec like LN or Plasma, a blockchain can't work at the max of its possibilities without a solution allowing smart-contract to handle computer heavy tasks.
I don't even talk about the crazy opportunities a global decentralized marketplace for computer ressources opens, one day RLC will be considered as a commodity as it will reflect the price of one X units of computations.
