you can wait 30 years without it hitting 20k again. or it hits it in 2021.
but let me remind you that in 2017 btc at least had increased adoption and actual usage. plus a horde or normies that probably won't be suckered in again.

Depends on how old you are and what country you're in.

USA will probably be among the last country to implement it on a large scale. US is slow as fuck to abandon religion so they will be stuck in "muh capitualism and werk hard for the amherican dream" mindset for a long time.

also i bet it's not that easy when it comes down to it. you can throw money around you but how easy is it to make sure you really have the right impact? corruption in poor countries and if you just gave money to everybody in poor country X what's the risk of everybody stopping to work and in the long run it damages the whole country
