Can someone explain wtf is going on here? This has been happening literally every day for the last few days. Seriously go check at any given moment something like this is showing.

There's always a larger bid stack stuck like 5 cents below the current market price. The ask stack is basically nothing. The market then promptly moves the price down to the bid level and then repeat. If there's this much more buying pressure, then why the fuck does the price move down
