Netherlands for sure, my favourite country I've ever been to.

It's clean, the people are nice, happy and laid back, it's really easy to cycle around, the laws around drugs are very relaxed and they are very easy to get. It has the best music festivals in the world, some of the hottest women. Everything about the Netherlands is awesome.
