That is Wysker's wallet. 25m is reserved for employees and the founders. 10m is reserved for user incentivization (i.e. the gamification within the app, maybe seeding for early liquidity of necessary and so on), and 5m for strategic partnerships, once the token gains value for advertisers they can onboard businesses using these.
