The corona virus is blown out of proportion. It's the fastest spreading virus we've had in a while, since the outbreak started in the world's largest exporting country. And that SOUNDS scary, but it's not severe. The effects of it have been relatively minimal. Death rates aren't particularly high for an outbreak, and most deaths come from people and places who don't have access to decent healthcare, like the middle of bumfuck China or refugees in Europe. I don't understand why the western world is freaking out about it so hard to the point that the economy is in the shitter.

Compare it to swine flu, and its infection rate is nothing. Compare it to ebola, and it's death rate looks like a trip to disneyland. Remember how little those two impacted your life back when they happened? Coronavirus is EVEN LESS impactful.
