Every day I beat myself up for something I did in the past. For me things got a lot better when I learned to control the autistic impulse and basically say/do less things than my mind wants me to. Next time you are itching to say something just swallow it and don’t say anything at all. Keep interactions brief and to the point. I know it’s hypocritical of me to say but don’t overshare, in fact say the bare minimum required unless you know for sure your opinions are wanted and appreciated.
