Despite the justice department in 2016 saying they wanted to phase out minimum security contracts, Homeland Security picked up bunch of the slack for immigration holding facilities.

It took until 2019 for Cuckifornia to get around to finally announcing they wanted to shutdown their partnership on a single facility. Of their 51 USA operations, 9 are in CA, 13 of them are in TX, 2 in NM, 3 AR, 1 CO, 1 WA, 2 OK, 1 Michigan, 2 IN, 2 PA, 2 VA, 1 NJ, 3 GA, 2 AL, 4 FL, and 3 LA. Most of their holdings are in states that will be A-okay with prisoners living like dogs, and even in WA, CO, and CA, they're not getting shutdown. Even with all the shit in 2020, they've been out of the news coverage and the conversation points handed to normie-droids, which suggests an implicit understanding on the part of government that they're a necessary evil.
