So according to the last SEC update, looks like Mexican Judge can disagree with Jew Judge making the SEC not have to provide emails. And if Mexican Judge agrees with Jew Judge then that is it right? All over. Then they must produce emails to Ripple and Co. and become eviscerated by their own email communications. How likely is that to happen? Are they gonna settle or will there be a ruling by the court? What is more likely to happen?
