I own RIG - stock has doubled in past few years.
I own XOM - Exxon Mobil - yield is fucking lower than my AMEX high yield savings account. Like WTF?
CVX - thinking about buying $50K of this as they seem to be the most aggressive major but again the yield is low and if there is a major recession then oil will go down.
OXY - Buffet owns 7% of the company so why not.
I like oil and gas right now everyone is bullish so I think i will just sit on the sidelines and watch a little longer.
Also I own a bunch of Energy Transfer Partners (ET) which is pretty good.
Fuck I love oil and gas.

Right now isn’t a bad entry. We’re still down like 80 percent from all time highs. But noticing the patterns from the past few months, and visiting new all time lows, I think I can gauge where this coin crab region is. (.04 - .05). yes. i was greedy. full price offer in January with a 2 week close the first day i listed the properties. i thought we had at least another year of good times. also, i didn't want to pay capital gains tax because I was thinking "oh, I can wait, get a price increase AND find someone to do a 1031 exchange with".
so, I think there were tens of thousands of property owners just like me in Jan/Feb and we are all now seeing the error of our ways.
hence, you are going to see the number of listings skyrocket.
