While I'm asking tedious newfag questions: What are you guys' go-to responses when someone says something like "Gold is at the highest it's ever been and hasn't gone up since mid-2020 despite further financial catastrophes happening since then?" I Trust Le Plan and know that fiat is utterly worthless, but how do you convince the majority that buying gold is a sane thing to do right now? Or are they right and /pmg/ newfags should wait for a dip before starting their collection?
