I have some of those half-decent edgy usernames but they probably won't sell for years desu. No you can't get in trouble from ENS directly, however it's not totally unfeasible that some random applications in the future will look if you have a blacklisted word as your primary ENS set and restrict access (at least from their front end), that has nothing to do with ENS itself interfering though. For example blockchain games will have to make a decision on that in the future and some of them probably don't want niggerfaggot.eth running around their game and will ask you to pick a different ENS for your ingame name but not outright ban your underlying address, and in the end they can't take away the ENS anyway. The other potential risk factor is having any social media or sensitive information somehow connected to your wallet address, I do have multiple throwaway twitter accounts linked to my wallets and fake dummy linkedin's and false leads set up in case someone targets me (corporations or otherwise) but it's extremely unlikely for now that anyone even bats so much as an eye on my existence other than maybe the corporate domains I'm squatting on, but then again I'm not planning on extorting them anyway. As you've realised most people don't care about most of these 4chan/racist/edgy references and they don't do nearly as well as you would expect. Of course having that wallet somehow connected to a KYC exchange could have risks if we're talking about a full blown globohomo takeover but as of right now nothing has happened or even remotely affected ENS. Haven't even heard about any lawsuit happening over these domains, only some initial threats during negotiations which eventually ended up in a friendly sale.
