theres a buyout vote in fall
it appears that since its an illiquid stock, the guys buying it brought in some hi freq guys to MM for it. they short it down to around here then start buying like mad and are attempting to accumulate a majority of the float in order to force the buyout either way

at least thats what i can make of all the SEC filings ive read on it
