anything with a dividend (i consider REITs dividend stocks as well even though they're REITs).

however, as I've always said, don't chase yields. invest in strong companies with large business moats that consistently grow their revenue, profit and dividend.

unless you need the cash now, current yield is less relevant IMO over the long run. if a yield is over 4% i need to take a long look at the companies financials before forking over money to buy in

I'm up about $28K today...anything cutting down the unrealized loss is good for my ego, bad for me getting deep discounts on dividend companies.
