ur missing the point bro. you're setting goals in terms of pounds but your real goal is probably something else, either looks or actions. and if you work in a manual labor intensive industry the last thing you need to be doing is counting calories like a woman when you NEED a lot of those calories to do your work. as long as the mix is healthy and you're not overeating, the solution is more exercise not starving yourself.
