- It's a file hosting system on the tangle.

To pay for GB you pay with PRL. That's where it gets it's value. Think of the hosting as a totally anonymous MegaUpload, where things are stored encrypted on the IOTA tangle.

The best thing is yet to come. The price of PRL will be fucking PEGGED. You pay for 64GB per year with one year. 6$ for a service like this is a conservative estimate.
