What are some high paying jobs like Air Traffic Control (not hiring till like 2024 because of covid) and Power Plant Operator that require high IQ, and specific skill sets but not a college degree? How to start working asap and skip college while still being able to /make it/?

So i think its pretty apparent at this point that either xrp will be adopted (if the fed succesfully pushes cbdc) or eth/btc if that doesn't happen.
In either case, wont a solution to the oracle problem be needed? And as such, wouldnt chainlink moon in both scenarios, and likely be the best bet?
Not trying to shit on xrp, just trying to learn more about the situation and crypto in general.
