Historically that sort of pull back happens multiple times during a bull run. Fundamentals are still strong, the reasons for higher prices are still there, and still getting stronger.

IMO the tax issue isnt a huge thing, it may actually be a hidden blessing, as it means many hedge funds/institutions cannot throw money at FM until it is resolved. IE cheapies for longer, then when it gets resolved, price goes up. Worst case scenario FM pays 200 mill in taxes, but I doubt it will be that bad, and they have a solid chance to win the case.

LOL I bought them right before silver prices crashed and the tax news came out, kinda harsh, but long term not too worried about it.
