Why would i buy dying brick n' mortar in a saturated industry that appears to be flirting with another crash like it did in the 80s because there is so much crap to wade through to find anything decent, and the industry is about as anti-consumer as i have ever seen it at this point?

I haven't played vidya in years but i kept up with the news on it. It looks bad. I wouldn't rather buy all the airlines and cruises on speculation that most of them survive.

Even so, it helps to select companies with a recent history of earnings beats so you leave some money in on earnings day to retain low cost average on the trade. As opposed to trading companies you do not trust to beat, or don't trust the way the stock typically trades in response to earnings regardless of the outcome, so exit position day or two prior to earnings, reenter if the numbers were good and it didn't sell off.

Unironically school performance. It’s an old school take but schools directly correlate to housing value and their respective factors that surround it.

Parents 99% of the time will try to pursue the best possible future for their kids (those who don’t are scum) so they will try to get the best education for them as possible. But you may not want to jump into extremely high performing schools but ones on their way up as that in theory would maximize profit but it’s possible that the progress made will be reversed. The dude weed is coiled up tight. Bunch of stuff in narrow range approaching tip of descending triangles. Breakouts may start during power hour today.

I have started placing small feeler orders in to RIV in the low $8 range. It appears to be establishing some kind of low support.

Otherwise no positions. Just flipping warrants here and there when they lag or frontrun the commons on whatever ticker.

RTI looking strong for a second attempt at breaking $1. Probably will bust through without issue as the KO thing will have the market all frenzied about extracts/cbd and so on. I'm pretty sure this is a 2x if it proper breaks out.

Emblem broke out of bull flag and pumping. +12% right now. Looks good. Using trailing stop loss for now to let it go for a bit.

RTI slightly violated its own weaker looking flag. Now trading a percent or two red. I reduced my position by 50% after scalping the 0.86 low this morning. Risk too high at original principal. Now i have things set up to make this a break even trade at worst if it goes bear and trips my stop loss.

Harvest One Cannabis still in flat consolidation. Yet another bull flag waiting for confirmation or break down.
