Speaking more simply,
I have concluded that it would be a rather easy entry into the government foreign affair ministry, once I have established private capital of both estate properties and corporate law agency in Qatar, than to go through the established ENS industrial formation type of agency career which is a tough competition with little selection into the higher echelons, and more private networking to do the job.
In other words, I can open far many more doors from where the money is (in Qatar) that will lead me to far higher up positions in the french government, that if I were to follow the traditional path.
