He's right about me and Merck though, I really like Merck.
It's just a well-run company with great drugs that's kicking the snot out of other pharmas like Pfizer. It can't go up forever, but I think they have a very bright decade ahead of them, unless someone finally tops keytruda.

LPTX's recent trials have been using Merck's keytruda drug, which has been a real miracle for many cancer patients, and has been gaining approval for more uses.

Merck has also stated that they're not looking for big, expensive deals, rather they're looking for "bolt-on deals" which makes me hope, against all odds, that they'll acquire LPTX.

That being said, it's a total gamble, and I'd rather own Merck than LPTX (I own both). Investing on the hopes of future acquisitions is more like gambling.

Merck, UNH, and JNJ are my three healthcare favorites, and the Dems have given us some great buying opportunities. Thank you Bernie!
