Well anon, what if some people aren’t smart enough to operate heavy machinery, or become an electrical engineer? What should they do? Just because YOU were capable of making a living in this economy doesn’t mean everyone else can too. You reek of boomer idealism and lack any sort of sympathy for others simply because “I did it, why can’t you?”

And asking for a living wage isn’t asking for gibs. Also mowing lawns didn’t afford you jack shit, even if you cheated the government out of taxes.
