they store their shit in them and chain together multiple carts like a train. or they sell them for scrap metal, which is bad for the business that owns them since carts cost $200-400 each. if you live in a real ghetto shithole like i do, the carts have magnetic brakes that activate once you get outside of the perimeter of the store parking lot.
