Biotech > Tech, imo
I can handle volatility, and I like the fact that the success of a company is based on something objective like the efficacy of a drug
I also find science naturally easier to understand than economics, so I find it much easier to tell if a company is good or not based on the results of clinical studies than on SEC filings
Also, people will keep having diseases regardless of how the economy is doing, so it's a good sector to invest in during a recession or economic downturn
