Prices have come down from where they were 2 summers ago. Still fetching solid prices, especially first edition base and jungle. Nice cards. Some look like good grades centering-wise. Dark Gyardos first edition and that Shining Mewtwo are very good chases. The neo-shinies in general are very hot right now.

The tag team cards have just gone crazy. I would be trying to pre-order 151 set if i were you, that set is definitely the next ES and is going to bonkers.

Respect, I don't have the patience for pauper stuff.

MTG is fun, used to play the game for years but sold my collection about 10 years ago. I don't enjoy collecting it the same way I do Pokemon, Metazoo, and Yuigioh.

Wow, super cool man. That copy of The Hobbit is beautiful.

Thanks for your input. I know next to nothing about comic books. I think your view on collectibles reflects the larger asset 'bubbles' we're seeing in traditional markets. I am still very bullish on collectibles for the reason that I believe nostalgia is going to command a premium in the Information Age and with rising wages and standards of living globally, more and more people will pour money into these things.

Yes, lots of MZ folks here, love to see it.

First time seeing GPK here since I've started this thread lol. Funny enough, my GF, a 24 yr old Zoomer, loves these things. These are the OG's right? Probably worth something but have no clue desu. I showed her these and she was jelly.

I went into a Pokemon TCG store this weekend and based on that, it's far from dead. People from all ages geeking out over cardboard. They had a whole room of people in the back playing digimon or some shit lol.

I flip things on ebay and dabble in antiques very little. That is a beautiful ring though anon.

I agree with you. I think Metazoo needs to push into anime/video games to extended their footprint but after cracking packs and watching gameplay, yeah there's something about this game. I am very excited for it. So far, i only have some Nightfall, Wilderness, and UFO cards. I will definitely have to pick stuff up from the Kickstarter, just started with MZ like a week ago lol.

Should i just buy a sealed 1st edition cryptid nation? I see them for like $500.

Feel free to post about any collectible you like.

Never seen those, neat. I'm going to keep thread going.

Nice. I remember Red Eyes Black Dragon from back when i was a kid.

I have the neo Lugia 1st edition ungraded. Probably would grade 4 - 6 so just keeping it loose. It's a sick card, i expect it to keep climbing since it is first Lugia appearance. Love the Alakazam as well, the E series is so sick.

Yeah, it's kind of overwhelming how many promo's there are for Metazoo. I'm really enjoying playing the game and am looking for a local scene here to dive into.

>>51606545
We'll see. Very early for Metazoo.

>>51607118
People said the same thing about the sets 10 years ago and look at some of them now. Understanding a tcg meta helps.

Thanks, anon. I will likely scoop one of the PFP NFT's because they look cool. I don't think Metazoo is going anywhere either.
