Amen. I got super greedy today and didn't trust my gut when I had the chance to make the most obvious (in hindsight) trade today. Shorting SPY at its 200DMA. I saw SPY 330 Put Aug 19 2.10. I didn't buy them because I wanted a cheaper price. They ended up going to 3.90 after the drop. I was going to throw down $6,000, looking and waiting for the shorting opportunity and I missed it. Should've followed my gut. ~30 SPY Put contracts would've been an easy +$4,500. Oh well, at least I know that the 200 DMA is more important than the top of the Price Channel.
