Electra Coin has their own foundation registrated at the Netherlands. That for it is bound by national law of the Netherlands.
People from the Electra Team gave their identity to build up an official non-profit-organization. The organization supervises the funds of Electra Coin.

Another point is that Electra is fully decentralized (technical side). The nodes rank is ~19 (with always minimum of 550 nodes online).We are Top20 of all coins / tokens.

Please dont confound coins (own blockchain) with tokens (mostly ERC-20 Tokens work on Ethereum Blockchain, which means they don't have their own blockchain).
Electra has their OWN blockchain. We have in plan to use Smart Contracts in the next year.
Ethereum works on PoW and will change it to PoS. Electra already works on PoS 3.0.
Electra has integrated Atomic Swaps ,which will be integrated in Electra's working product ElectraPay. So merchants can change their ECA to BTC/LTC/KMD.... via blockchain.
Lightning Network is integrated in their blockchain (Segwit will be completed too).
The fees in the network are 0.0001 ECA per ECA (nearly 0 fees).
It's integrated at the codebase of "General Bytes" the 2nd largest ATM producer for crypto.

ElectraPay is a software for merchants which works as "Finance Management System" where you can track your goods. Seeing what, when and how often you sold.
This company already using ElectraPay for their online store.
