Yes, Jake Freeman exists as we found out, but the building he used in the letter to the SEC for his 13D is a front building in Wyoming (he "works" out of the Southern Cali Uni) so it has zero links to him. The building itself is a front for dozens of businesses, one of which is a company called Citadel Builder, an Ecommerce site which is another front, it uses the Chicago Citadel building as one of it's "stock" images. They used a south african company to created a "demo" store front (buzlr) Which looks like another shell or sham company they paid them to do because it uses their domain lol
