Time.
I used to be very self conscious about myself and my height and the way I looked. I always compared myself to others.
I was pampered as a kid. I was given everything.
But i ended up screwing up pretty bad and lost everything for about 8 years. Had barely anything. Struggling to stay afloat. Stuck in a horrible head space.
Eventually i broke my cycle... I kinda just woke up. Life isn't as bad as you make it to be.
Biggest thing for me was to stop comparing myself to others and to just shut off social media. Completely cut it out. As soon as I stopped looking for validation from others, the happiness started coming to me.
This comes with age and maturity as well. There's no simple answer to any of this. Everyone is unique in their own way.
But what I can suggest to you is:
Stop paying attention to everyone else
Stop comparing yourself to others
Remove yourself from social media
Stop paying for stinky sluts that don't matter to you
Find yourself
Take supplements. Eat healthy
Cut out external influences.
