How do you guys stay motivated to do your work ?
I have about 60 hours of shit to do each week. 50 of wich are completely up to me and have no real deadline whatsoever.
Somedays i feel so unmotivated that i can barely force myself to do this and even if i do so i won't be even half as productive, leaving me even less motivated.
Kind of a spiral effect.
