If you buy 0 Mega Millions tickets, your odds of winning the jackpot are 0, obviously.

If you buy 1 Mega Millions ticket, your odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350; this is an infinitely greater increase on your previous odds (see pic related).

If you buy 2 Mega Millions tickets, your odds of winning the jackpot are 2 in 302,575,350; this is a 100% increase on your previous odds, which might sound like a lot, but remember it is absolutely nothing compared to what your increase in odds were when you bought 1 ticket.

If you buy 3 Mega Millions tickets, your odds of winning the jackpot are 3 in 302,575,350; this is a 50% increase on your previous odds.

If you buy 4 Mega Millions tickets, your odds of winning the jackpot are 4 in 302,575,350; this is a 33 1/3% increase on your previous odds.

If you buy 5 Mega Millions tickets, your odds of winning the jackpot are 5 in 302,575,350; this is a 25% increase on your previous odds.

So as you can see, as you buy more and more tickets the increase in your chances of winning diminish rapidly. The catch is that every ticket you buy costs the same amount; for the first ticket, you paid $2 to get an infinitely greater chance of winning, yet every other ticket you buy adds less and less value at the same cost. You might call this an example of "diminishing returns" where further investment is not worth the value you get out of it.

If you wish to play the Mega Millions lottery, it is only logical to buy as many tickets as will increase your odds of winning over the previous number of tickets.

Thus, the only logical number of lottery tickets to buy is 1.

With mass adoption RSR will burn over time in formula attached curve and bring you untold wealth.

FYI boys the RSR supply will burn over time in a 1/x type formula meaning with large scale adoption the total supply will decrease fast.
