I like the idea of colaboration but you seem to be describing a elite club more than a true network for change and I don't like that.

At best what we should aim for is to have several mastermind groups dedicated to whatever proyects we want to create so we become a descentralized entity, remember that here we have people all around the world and cultures.

That's also why I think this Delphi theme is not good, too esoteric and similar to a cult. Leave religion and mysteries aside so this won't become a pseudo-secret societiy for autistic holders, no one will follow you on this. Don't get me wrong I'm interested but we need to tone it down a little bit.
