Literally why wouldn't I transfer most of my cash to an exchange, convert to a stable coin, and just hold it to enjoy these massive interest rates? With minimal risk in the underlying asset?

I do not understand what wSTA is for or how to use it. I keep seeing these balancer pool links but I do not understand:

None of this has stopped me accumulating 3k STA.
