i have an idea that has not been done commercially. Well, its not my idea, I got it from a promising study that was conducted.

its something that will improve the efficacy of a certain category of products. the only existing patents I can find are abroad, no one in the US that I can find. I was thinking of starting a company and doing it but instead, can I just patent it and sell it to a big company or license for royalties? that seems much easier. also, can i stay anonymous through the whole process?
