Why don't a bunch Jews buy up the Ghettos of Detroit (10$ a house), and turn it into modern suburbia with stores and tech companies?

I'll start

>be me
>be 15mins ago
>be at local supermarket for some late night snackies
>get a refigerated beverage from their drinks section
>get an assortment of goods
>go to checkout counter
>"sir that will be an additional 15 cents for the cooled drink"
>tell her to stop checking me out and cancel what she has already scanned
>go to the self checkout and scan my items
>the drink doesn't have an additional 15 cents
>I know the cashier is watching me pay
>give her the smuggest look while opening my drink while leaving the store

Well that was my personal victory for today bros

Hey, /biz/
Anyone else feeling happy only while they're making money?
I get raging boners when I made a good amount of money.
I feel better and happier overall whilst making money.
However, when it comes to a losing day or me having to part with my money makes me depressed and suicidal.
Nothing but money excites me.
I'd rather stay at home and make $10 instead of going out and do normal things like drinking coffee, going to cinema, shopping, having sex with a girl, have some drinks with people and so on..
Am I an undercover kike?

I don't really have much of a stake in crypto. I invested about $2k a year ago and now I have $20k. I don't really give a shit if it goes to 0 tomorrow, it's just something extra to do like fantasy league. I also have friends and outdoor hobbies and a great job that I love. I'm pretty damn normal, maybe a little shy. I love coming here and seeing all the losers who need this to succeed in order to escape their shit autistic lives. I also love fucking with all of you. Idk what it is, but /biz/ is waaaay easier to manipulate than other sites.

The day of reckoning has come.

9 LONG YEARS I have waited for this day, ever since bitcoin was thrust into the public spotlight.

You see? I have researched the shit out of bitcoin. I knew it was a scam. I have a degree in Finance, and I know that a commodity designed to have permanent deflation can never function as a means of exchange. It was obvious this was some scam by the creator, who has been waiting to dump all his worthless bitcoins at the peak of the bubble to become a billionaire at the expense of millions of suckers.

What I did not know is how long the bubble was gonna inflate before bursting.

So I waited.
9 long years.

9 years of seeing normie friends and family without the most basic knowledge of finance pour their entire life savings into little bytes of data, against my advice.

9 long years of seeing them flaunt their meager "earnings" and mock my efforts at studying and actually understanding finance.

9 long years of seeing mouth breathing idiots buying into a classic asset bubble, think themselves financial geniuses for their folly.

Well, the day of reckoning has come fuckers. You should have listened. And this is only the beginning.

I will sit back and enjoy watching your earnings disappear into nothing.

You should have listened.

You should have known wealth creation cannot happen without a real-world, productive activity behind it.

You bought little electronic bits and bytes, trinkets, the snake oil of our generation.

And you've lost.

Its perfectly natural to look at Kucoin's growth and think its topped out, but they are adding new projects such as XRB at breakneck speed. I posted here a week ago when KCS was under $3 and I am confident it has much more room to grow.

XRB has seen massive growth as well, and some may say its going to dump when it hits new exchanges; however the key is that Kucoin Shares benefit from dumping as well as pumping. No other coin has this characteristic. Kucoin's servers have been getting upgraded multiple times this week to support the sudden influx, they are doing everything they can to promote their own coin, even have trading pairs for it.

For reference, I've made 30$ on dividends in a few days, in the form of coins on their platform, which are bound to at least grow with the overall crypto market. My calculations show $1500 over the course of the year at base value, not counting for any growth. In the stock market a 1500 annual return would take a 100k investment (and that would be good). In Crypto it'll take you ~10k. For me I only put in 5k but the price of kucoin is catching up to its true value.

If you found this helpful and are taking the plunge into Kucoin, please use my referral code 1ue5u.

/American/ but also dual-citizen of a right-wing 3rd world South American country, anyone know how to get away without reporting tax on my gains when I cash out in either country? I'm guessing because of CoinBase it's hard to do so in America.
