like i said, lower risk but lower reward. MSFT is basically the KO of tech. note how it has a similar pattern to shit like AMD or AAPL but it's much less volatile, went much less distance above the channel, and is now much closer to the daily 200. so basically yes but if you're looking for a longer term position you probably want to buy around 200-205 area.
