Hey my guys, could use some advice

I own an upscale specialty grocery store business. I have one location in an outdoor mall type setting and another in the downtown area of a medium sized town. The town store is surrounded by mostly small businesses while the mall store is surrounded by more corporate places.

The town store almost always outsells the mall store, and doesn’t cost me nearly as much in rent. While the mall store does just barely make me money over the course of the year, it loses me money in the slow retail months (Jan feb). The town store makes me money every month.
Should I pull out of the mall store and focus entirely on the town store? It would allow me to cut labor and more intensely focus on advertisement, new products, etc.
How do I let my customers know that even though we won’t be at one location anymore, the other is there to stay?

Also, any ideas for pushing online sales? Vast majority of my sales are in store, my website is fairly new and I tend to get 1-3 orders a day, usually 40 bucks per order. any way to push this up?
