Also, this anon is being a defeatist faggot. The fact is that most millionaires in America are self-made. And they got there by not being a bunch of low-IQ, high-time preference monkeys that save up 90 dollars and blow it on a new pair of shoes. It isn't enough to be just saving up 10% of your takehome pay (minimum). You need to put your money to work for you while you're still youngish.

This takes different forms, non of which will be appealing to the coom-brain dregs that keep trying to speculate (gamble) on which shitcoin is going to take off and solve their problems. Even if you only keep back $100 every month for a year, that is 1200 by the end. A small sum to be sure but we can start there. Clearly you must have a shit job right? Nope. People 50k apart in earnings both complain about not getting anywhere despite how much they work, because they let their spending grow with their income, rather than strangle their dumb wants to death. If you're legitimately only worth paying minimum wage, its because you're minimally valuable. You need a plan and a path with milestones that spells out what job (and earning range) you want, and what kind of training or education you need to get there, and you need to maintain keeping at least 10% back once you break out of poverty-tier pay.

Make money work for you and multiply by investing it. If we had a real stock market you could put it vice industries, blue chips, other sure things, then immediately reinvest your dividends back into them, with the idea of letting compounding interest work for you. However, we don't have a real market right now, so that's your decision. Its a similar discussion to maxing your 401k contributions until they grow themselves. You could be a small silent partner in a new business that had a strong plan and good leadership. You could even get good at taking advantage of credit card benefits that you never let accrue interest. Every dollar is a soldier, give them orders for fuck's sake.

>third world poor shithole
>have a decent amount of money in crypto
>limit it and take out everything past that point
>earn a nice high tier wage
>no tax on buttcoins

Sometimes it's nice to live in a shithole

I don't work trades but I'm a phone salesman even though I have a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

I'd say get unionized and start building on your work experience and estate right now. Save or invest your money. Make friends and build connections with people you could use for references.

Through the union you'll be well protected and will (hopefully) never have difficulty finding work. They will help you find work.

I have no idea what else might play into it. If you absolutely NEED certain academic certifications to really make it well in HVAC or what.

From the sounds of it though no matter which way you go you've got a good opportunity here. A good opportunity at a good life.

I'm probably just an outlier whose words should be taken with a hefty grain of salt but I say you'd be happier with cash and experience instead of a fancy wall-hanger from a fancy university.
