Hell yeah, you're taking your game to the next level now fren! I agree that watching the clock tick down awaiting the right moment to snipe can give you a pleasant adrenaline-rush, but it's easy to overdose and get anxious and overstimulated so overall it's much better to let the sniping service do it for you, especially when you have a bunch of items all ending in quick succession. Besides being much more time-efficient I got tired of getting fucked by the internet farting out or an automatic update or random inopportune computer lagging making me miss bids. Once you get used to the sniping service I doubt you'll ever go back, it's an awesome tool.
