How do I get over a depressing trading day, I stopped myself trading half an hour before I blew up my account.

The retardation goes

>Didn't take profits on GME 9k to 5k
>Tried to buy puts on GME literally didn't listen to my own thesis because I'm a panicky faggot
5k to 800

Granted I started with 500 in January but its fucking trash to go from almost 5 figures to fucking 3. I know exactly where I fucked up to, I guess I'm just asking how do you MENTALLY get over it

Theoretically, if GME shorts wanted to cover, couldn't they just cut losses bit by bit instead of having to buy back all the shares at once? The only problems I can think of is other HF seeing these moves and fucking them over by buying back all their shares outright.
