good suggestions. A few issues.
1. Newfrens will see the bad information and may be decieved or defrauded. they may make decisions based on materially incorrect posts THAT ARE VIOLATIONS OF UNITED STATES LAW UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1933.

2. The mods absolutely do not care or do not know US financial regulations. They have given me a warning for mis-classifying a report that a post had broken US Law because it contained materially incorrect and willfully negligent statements saying "SLV is risk-free."

We have no recourse and 4chan will be liable by proxy for any damages related to any post that it does not take down when being reported for breaking US Law. The likely best thing we can do for the website is to stop reporting the fraudulent posts because it removes liability for the fucking faggot mods. There is no elegant solution. I hoped others would post pic related, but i've been the only one it seems.

Mods don't care and don't know financial regulations. You will get warnings for reporting posts that are securities fraud. Conversing about securities and speculating is completely acceptable behavior and not covered under the Securities Act of 1933 unless you are willfully sharing misinformation with the intent to defraud or deceive. happy posting /pmg/.
