I'm seeing a lot of anons confused about FLR staking. You don't need to put up XRP to use your spark tokens. You're the agent, your FLR is needed to generate FXRP for the originator, so that they may operate a smart contract. For this, your receive a payment, in XRP, of 0.1% of the originators XRP that they put into the system. Ive heard you also get other incentives like partial payment in FLR and stuff, idk too much. Im more of a learn by doing so it'll be nice to have some FLR tokens in my wallet and a platform to stake them on. So far, bitrue has not said they're gonna support FLR staking on the getgo which means I gotta move the stack.

>TL;DR: You can dump your XRP after Flare snapshot and use your FLR to earn XRP without any XRP in your wallet. I personally will not be selling until $7,777 per XRP though.

i'm intrigued by the idea that time is not unidirectional and that our experience of time moving into the future is only an incomplete picture. i wonder if what's actually going on is that events cause resonance which moves both forward and backward- the Omega Point of Teilhard De Chardin, the concrescence of Alfred North Whitehead and so forth.

our perception is limited by the machinery of our bodies, but i think we have access to glimmers of the real situation through our non-local consciousness or intuition. A lot of us in these threads feel the same thing you do, anon. I have to wonder if we found our way to this place and to XRP by accident or if there is some kind of greater design. If the latter, I wonder where it is leading us.

on a semi-related note i am very excited about Flare! (pic related) I hate to be overly optimistic, but based on the technology and its implications for the economic system, I think it has the potential to be bigger than any of us can imagine right now.

Ratio depends on price. Collateral for an XRP transaction is x2.5 the value of the XRP in Spark.
