Pic related is basically my political belief system. Libertarianism is great in theory, but like communism, cannot work because other people are shit.

Unironically old pol loved Ron Paul, but the years turn everyone into cynics, pic related. It's tough to keep fighting the good fight but decentralising money is the battle of our times, and I think it's good to show the bitcoin shills that we agree with them on that.

Corruption is the cause of the deficit , the deficit is the cause of the lack of foreign currency.

So they need to prevent people of buying with cards to "save central bank reserves", also i warned everyone here this would happen

>>/biz/thread/S16098620

I just did not expect this to happen this fast , instead of banning credit cards as i expected in 2021 they simply made them unusable in 2019.

They know that with bitcoin + credit cards the capital controls won't work because the central bank would be destroyed in months.

Because people would be able to do bitcoin arbitrage with a card.
Buy freelancer service with card (a friend in murica for example) > pay 5% fiver fee > buy bitcoin in burgerland > resell bitcoin in argentina were it's bought at a premium of 20% due to lack of supply in the local crypto market.

This is hillarious we are going full hyperbitcoinization now as bitcoin has become the only way to buy stuff online.

If you want to know more of the political background i made this thread

>but there is nothing it can do in the mainstream that can't be done faster, cheaper, and better than by existing systems.

BTC tx costs are per tx not a % , the bigger the tx the cheaper it get's btc will become digital gold and a wire system for big transactions.

BCH OR LTC will take a place in payments.

>Let's start with the electrical usage. Right now, the per-transaction electrical cost for a single BTC transaction is 607kWh. That is roughly the same amount that a house uses in 28 days.

The electric usage is irrelevant miners could be shut down and the difficulty would decrease and so will the electric usage , the only reason the electric usage is so big is because this thing is valuable.

>Then there's immutability. Sure, that's nice if you're spending $200k on a house; but does the entire world need to know that I'm buying a bottle of soda? And is it necessary that this purchase be enshrined forever?

Yes you are correct centralization has it's advantages in mass purchases , and descentralization in money saving and wire systems that bypass retarded regulations.

>Which brings us to the technology. Crypto won't work when the internet is down; and we all know how often we (or companies) lose their internet connection.

Yes it will the blockchain is stored worldwide , there is no way all the internet will stop working at the same time ironically the governments distrusting each other will prevent this as long as 1 node is operating btc is safe.

>So you support building a wall and letting the mexicans in, ok...
Absolutely not. The "libertarian means open borders" meme needs to die.

You are ostracizing potential allies, my right-wing friend.

Libertarianism is mostly about free market capitalism economics, weak govt presence, unrestrained liberties, and a general "live and let live" mentality. Keep the NAP in mind.
It does not mean "I want half a billion niggers in my home", I am not a civic nationalist.

I care about my land, about my culture, about the safety of my wife and my children. Therefore, I do not want shitskins here.
