Seriously, while hilarious, it is fucked up. What is the point of all this humiliation? I'm in my 40's, self employed contractor and haven't been in the traditional work force in almost 15 years. I never saw anything like this when I was. Is the point humiliation? Motivation? All it would do is piss me off and violence would be involved and all my co-workers would do the same. The foreman would get dragged around the shop floor. Maybe type of industry plays a factor?
