Wouldn't one of the fastest methods of getting rich quick be to sue people/companies/corporations?

So /biz/ I have 30k. My goal is to be a millionaire by the time I am 35. I am 21 now. Instead of investing in the stupid fucking stock market, bitcoins, or whatever, an idea hit me. Why don't I just go to countries in the world that produce the most diamonds, rubies, etc and just fucking take some precious stones and sell them?

Honestly, is this feasible? The country that produces the most diamonds in the world is Russia. There is also Canada, South Africa and tons of other small African countries. Rubies are another. I myself live in Canada so travel expenses probably wouldn't even be that much for me. Should I take a chance and go treasure hunting?
