You're speaking my language perfectly here, thanks for elaborating from your experience it's worth many hours of me searching around trying to figure out the value and collector demand parameters for esoteric stuff like this and then trying to plot observed points between them. Sounds like lurking for poorly titled auction-format listings with low starting price is the way to try acquiring more. And yeah I love old ephemera and would be quite interested in such material if you ever get around to selling off some of it

It is indeed a treasure, I'm happy to post some pics. Besides lots of photos of power plants, hydroelectric power houses and flumes and dams, equipment and all sorts of other cool stuff there are lots of images of /pmg/-relevant gold mining operations and infrastructure (such subject matter enhances the value of things like this), I'll post 3 pics but the whole book looks like this, an absolute steal for just 3 bucks.
