Nobody raises a kid perfectly, but children are also super resilient. Just do your honest best and leave the rest up to fate. At some point, they're going to take over for their own lives and if you're unlucky, they'll blame their own failures on you, but don't take it personally. There's a shitton of propaganda out there designed to break up familial relationships and not much you can do about it short of literally becoming amish.

BTW once you start teaching them about money and give them an allowance, make sure you teach them about crypto and stacking sats. Better than a bank account these days for teaching them savings.
