I have a mini stroke and she tells me when she was little she used her parent's info to buy BTC to trade in-game gold on fucking RUNESCAPE. She forgot all about it until Summer 2020 and found all her info in an old journal she wrote it in.
She cashed out 3 BTC at 37k and that didn't even make a dent in her portfolio, she apologized for keeping it secret and says this won't change anything about our relationship or lifestyle and she sees it as her "futureproof" stash. I said don't sweat it and its her's to tell me about and do what she wants with and I told her about my (now small compared to what she's holding) 140k and we laugh about it and go about our night. While this girl is the only one I've ever felt we may end up tying the knot, even though she said this changes nothing I really feel it has, and not in a negative way. I'm begining to enter this mindset that shes gonna buy us a place and take care of us for the rest of our lives. This is a comfy feeling, I now don't feel worried about making it, my future wife did it for me.
