ive notice a lot of insiders and Baba say that
>XRP is not rising till November. Any price prediction before that is wrong
but if that were the case, why do Baba, Mellon and insiders say to all load up on XRP rn?
If Baba truly believed there would be no price rise before November, why wouldnt he tell us just to sell our XRP now and buy back before the moon date?

I think Baba knows XRP will rise and price any day now. But that he thinks the actual $2000 is november
