Imagine being a loser Millennial wagie. You spend your 20s paying off debt, climbing the corporate ladder, saving for a down payment.

You finally get your finances in order in your 30s, and home prices are back to 2008 highs. Being the dumbass wagie that you are, you refuse to buy claiming "it crashed before, it will happen again!".

COVID hits, you think it's going to dump, and the FED prints a shit ton of money, offering stupid low rates to everyone, making prices go even higher. Then the FED decides to raise rates, and you think "surely this will crash it", and homes are still selling.

Now you spend your time on message boards coping, calling for a crash in 2 weeks.
